(Please put in the subject line your gym affiliation so it is processed appropriately.)</li> <li>Rosters will be sent via email within one week after the entry deadline. Please check immediately upon receiving for accuracy of gymnasts listed - name, age group, level competing. The spelling of the gymnasts’ name will reflect spelling on any other printed material.</li> <li>The competition schedule will be emailed to every coach and gym email address approximately 30 days prior to each competition. It will also be posted at <a href="http://www.edgewaterclassic.com/">www.EdgewaterClassic.com</a>. (Exact dates are listed on each competition info page on the website.)</li> <li>Gymnast Check-In will take place in the lobby of the convention center at Edgewater Beach Resort. Please have your gymnast check in IMMEDIATELY upon arriving in town so they can take advantage of the free admissions to numerous attractions and discount coupons to our wonderful restaurant sponsors! Hours of operation will be posted online at EdgewaterClassic.com when the schedule is posted.</li> <li>The Coaches Hospitality Suite will be open 30 minutes prior to general stretch for the first session of each day, and remain open 30 minutes after the conclusion of the last session of each day. The Hospitality Suite is located a short walk outside of the convention center. The specific villa number will be emailed to you the week of the competition.</li> <li>Coaches Check-In will take place in the ballroom at the head table. Please have your USAG number and safety certification information available. Coaches Meetings will be held at the beginning of each General Stretch. Please notify the Meet Director of any corrections needed to your roster. (No changes of a child’s age group will be made once awards begin.)</li> <li>Please note all restroom locations for your gymnasts prior to entering the ballroom. </li> <li>Please make sure that parents or siblings are reminded they are not allowed beyond the stanchions, and that no flash photography is allowed.</li> <li>Please make sure your gymnasts store their personal items by the chairs provided at each event prior to March In to allow safe pathways when re-entering the ballroom in the dark during March In. Every session will begin with Team Introductions, Gymnasts’ Prayer and the playing of the National Anthem.</li> <li>Please turn in floor music at the beginning of General Stretch and make sure it is properly labeled.</li> <li>All inquiries will be handled between rotations. (Inquiry sheets are at head table.)</li> <li>Should the need arise, ice and general topical bandages will be available in the front of the Ballroom, near the dais. Medical personnel will be on site during Level 7-10 sessions only.</li> <li>Awards (individual and team) will follow each session. Gymnasts must be dressed in either warm-ups or leotards. The awards area is located immediately beyond the stairway located in the front of the Convention Center. 100% Team awards. 50% + 1 Individual Event custom medals awarded. 100% All Around custom medals awarded. </li> </ol> <p>Award groups will be determined by the amount of gymnasts in each level per session and divided as evenly as possible and practical (not by specific age breaks). Much consideration is given concerning the level and age of the athletes when determining how many will be in an age group. The <strong><em>maximum</em></strong> amount in any age division is 15 gymnasts.</p> <ol> <li>Shuttle service is provided throughout the resort to the convention center if desired.</li> <li>Admission: Adults - $10/day; Children 6 -12 - $5/day; 5 and Under – Free.
