Dr. Ali Arnold – Sports Psychologist for Collegiate & Olympic Gymnasts – will be at Edgewater Beach Resort October,

Panama City Beach, Florida – October 7-9!

DOC ALI – the mental toughness coach to USA Gymnastics and 5 NCAA Programs – teaches athletes the tools needed to deal with fear, frustration, and competition stress! Come to this one hour dynamic workshop and train the most important part of your body….your mind! (coaches are encouraged to attend with your athletes)

Parents! Learn the most important job in the world, Parenting your athlete. Doc Ali has been the mental toughness coach to USA gymnastics since 1997. Learn the tools you need to deal with your child’s ups and downs in the crazy sport of gymnastics. She’ll teach you how to help your child be more confident, brave, and fearless on the competition floor.

Gymnast Workshops (1 hr – $25)
Saturday, Oct. 8: 10:45am; 12:45pm; Sunday, Oct. 9: 11:45am; 3:45pm

Parent Workshops (1 hr – $25):

Panama City Beach Featured on Travel Channel

‎Panama City Beach will be featured on the Travel Channel on July 13 on Man vs Food Nation. The episode was filmed at Calypso earlier in the year. Make sure to watch!

Alison Arnold, Ph.D. is a sports psychologist of olympic and collegiate athletes offering “mental toughness” seminars throughout each weekend to gymnasts, parents and coaches. Specific seminars geared to help prepare optional gymnasts for their upcoming competition season will be held during Fall Into Edgewater.

Seminar costs: $20 for gymnasts and parents; coaches – FREE.

Flip Flop Medals

One-Of-A-Kind “Flip Flop” Medals. Gymnasts from both competitions will be awarded with gold for first, silver for second, and bronze for third place and subsequent (100% All Around). These one-of-a-kind flip flop medals are a huge hit for our competition – the gymnasts love them!
